Sharing documents

Is there a way of sharing a document online so both I and someone else can add to it change it etc?

Both of us work from home doing admin for a small business. We are working from our own laptops and we need to make some forms up that we can both change as and when needed.
What is the easiest way to do this please?
Thanks

What filesize are the forms?

If (and I presume they will be) under 10Mb then simply set up an email account specifically for it (googlemail for example)

I use Google Docs for exactly this purpose. My colleague lives and works in Manchester, I am based in South Wales, we both have access to the company Google Docs account. I upload something, he has an email (Or a coffee fueled explicit text) to tell him the file is ready, he downloads the file, makes changes if needed etc then uploads it again andthen I have it.

If it's to change and resave then Google Docs, if, however, you want to "live" changes then you'll need something like logmein
