I-Phone 4

Came into contact with an I-Phone 4 is there anyway of unblocking it as it has been barred.

Thanks,

    In short, nope.

You could use it as a iPod that's about it.

If it is barred from the network then it has been reported as either lost or stolen.
While it is relatively easy to circumnavigate that bar (you change the IMEI), I doubt you'll find anyone prepared to do it as simple possession of the hardware & software required is enough to get you sent straight to jail.

no this is wrong as it is impossible to change the IMEI of the iphone 4 (you could with the original iphone though)

OP you bought a stolen iphone, you've wasted your money, you will just have to come to terms you have lost your money and are actively handling stolen property!
