hi am looking for some advise, av baught i second home and it need completly done up, the area it is doesnt have gas so my only oppion would be electic heat does anyone know how much roughly this would cost to put in would be boiler and radioators. thanks x

Average 3 bed semi, about £4500-£5500 and heating costs about 20-40% higher than equivalent gas.
You can get electric boilers to service normal wet central heating system on demand - no need for a thermal store - e.g.

Thank it a small one bedroom terrice house, thought about the gas tank but it's a shared garden so wouldn't be able to have that. Got someone coming at week end to price it was just wanton to roughly know what we would be talking befor they came x0
