You arnt getting any sale (hell, you aint getting any viewings!) from the current agent!
if the more expensive agents are £1000 more in fees then simply add £1000 to the minimum price you will accept. If this results in you not being about to accept an offer, then you are...... well..... exactly where you are now!!!I am a Mortgage Adviser
