for google cgrome, im trying to watch movies online, but every time i am trying to install the plug ins AVG says its detected a malware so i cancel it.

Uninstall AVG and replace it with Avast, Avira or MSE. Alternatively, uninstall Chrome and replace it with Firefox, Opera or Chromium.
