  • Count me in again, started off well last week but lost it a bit near the end so fingers crossed!! Have lots of work on this week so will need to be organised. We started painting the lounge today, my OH painted the biggest wall and then we decided we didnt like the colour so we had to change the colour. We did 1 wall and ran out of paint! Now our living room looks like a right old mismatch. Never mind, it will be done eventually! Hope everyone has had a good weekend and happy flying xx

Ps - Welcome Warrior Princess, it was my first week last week and everyone is so lovely over here, am sure you will have lots of flying fun! xx
  • Evening all and thanks to FLCC for all your hard work, you have enabled me to get my home spick and span.

Although the house is looking good, the ironing basket is threatening to spill all over the dinning area as I've been putting this off all week:embarasse, so this is where I hope to improve this week.

Please can I come in from Lurkdom this week??:j
It really is time I got myself sorted out again! Apart from the Flying lists (thanks Pigpen!) I need to get my "office/study" sorted this week - loads of decluttering and filing needed there. Hoping to do Levels 1 & 2 each day, plus at least 30 minutes in the dungeon!

    Think twice before spending anything!

    Hello everyone:)

I might have accidentally cheated as a only did the living room yesterday, i have o ther bits to do in there like pulling out furniture to clean behind so may do that as the basica are already done.

Had a horrible weekend, had no heating since friday night:eek:, british gas are coming today to fit a part so should be back on later, we managed to borrow lots of oil heaters from family so its not been too bad. DD bed broke, we had a spare one in the loft so we didnt have to go and buy one:money:

    Hi all

    Im in again this week...

I reshuffled my LR furniture yesterday for a bit of a change - so lots of jobs have been done already, but never fear - there are lots of others still to do!

DR is still a massive hotspot with lots of paperwork and filing/shredding to be gone through and the cupboard understairs could do with a few HHC! They are the two big things that I keeo chipping away at but seem to be neverending tasks...

So im sure I can spend the extra time on either of those!

Last week I did a proper freezer inventory but am still struggling to put together my meal plan... Im thinking I may post a thread with all my stuff and ask some of the experts for ideas on how they would meal plan from what Ive got - I think I just lack the inspiration!

    Have a happy Monday everyone!

With love hugs sticks and spoons as always and hugs for Toots and LL.

    Jo xx

PS - is there still no sign of Soappie?? xx

    i'm in!

Last week was a non starter - don't really know why. I will have to play catch up this week....

Spent a lovely afternoon out with DD2 looking for inspiration for the AS photography coursework title - 'Evidence of Human Presence.'

Thanks to all the flyladies for their suggestions last week - we tried several of them to see if they would work. I think she's going with the idea of death - really cheery I know ... but we got some fantastic photos of York's war memorials yesterday.....
