Hi, I am new to all this cleaning and being organized, but I am inspired by what I have read so far. I will join in this week, at level 1, and see if I can make the grade. I am so disorganized my whole house is like a storage facility/tip. In my own defence I do work 4 days a week, and have my grandson 2 days, so I get little time off. And my grown up children do nothing around the house - that will definately be changing! I started doing the 15 minute blitzing and that works really well. I am amazed at how much I can get done in such a short time. The idea of writing a list and ticking it off as I get the job done appeals to me, if I had time to sit down and write it! Anyhoo will keep you posted on how it goes. Need to get back to listing more stuff on ebay.

    Thank you to FLC

I am in this week and thankfully it is the living room as always seem to make a head start on the kitchen the slow down rapidly. Have got my new WM :j. Whose silly idea was it to tidy the kitchen before it arrived. My dad and BF helped me with it as I had a leak!
Really need to start things going and need to start decluttering BIG time for when / if I sell my house and get moving. Good knows where I will put all the stuff. Don't want to be too sentimental but do not want to throw everything.

Somebody enlighten me how to upload a photo onto here from my computer please?

Maxonium - not yet - hiding the email trail. phone records has been a big problem. We have no secrets so he knows I have changed my passwords etc and he accepts the reason why. This is a public forum so I'm keeping quiet until Tuesday when I will tell him what I have planned.

I am going to try and keep on top of everything this week, I have hoovered right through at the weekend changed the beds and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen so am starting off in not too bad a state this week. I persevered yesterday even though I was totally sick after a couple of hours but OH and DS werent in so decided to make the most of it.

We have been to see DS play football today so have only done washing and cooking meals today and also managed to get a big shop in Sainsburys on the way back.

I am behind on my ironing as the iron broke on Friday and I only bought one today, so will be spending about 2 hours ironing tomorrow night before starting with the 'list' on Tuesday.

    Evening, all!
Back in one piece from the East of England; didn't get to the seaside as the only full day we had was coupled with drizzly weather. However, we did get to Welney to see the swans and wigeon being fed. As they've been fed at 12 and 3 duringthe winter, they know the routine and are quite nonchalant about their approach to the viewing area and don't really rush till they see the bloke in the waders and his wheelbarrow full of bird food.

Have returned to a bed that needs making as Him Indoors washed it all before we left on Friday; laundry's already in from the weekend and i have a good few ebay sales to wrap. The most lucrative sales haven't paid yet but hey, they'll get round to it.

Thanks for tomorrow's list: tonight, I see an evening of TV programme decluttering...:D
