Now to get the dw going again and some daily's done....
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Don't apologise - you rant away - fully justifiedCouncil are now umming and arring whether to go ahead with the works scheduled to start on my house in April, due to not getting as much money as they thought, bearing in mind I was told on two seperate occasions 40mil had been secured  and it would def be going ahead, I'm not a happy bunny and that's putting it mildly, so I've emailed my councillor to see if she can tell me one way or another being as the snooty cow at the decent homes programme couldn't/wouldn't tell me and all but accused me of being thick. If they don't do it this year then they're going to re-house me, they don't know it yet but they are, I will n ot spend another winter in here, it's affecting my health now as I have to sit with my feet up cos of the draughts and my side has been extremely sore for weeks. they can pith right off, I'm now on the warpath, unless she emails back to say it's still going ahead

Sorry for the rant
Anyway the more you shout the better your chance of being put up the list for action - can you get your doc involved?
Dentist app made for next week ( he has just gone on holiday and the locum service is only taking 'in pain' emergencies)
Sitting here working and I heard noises above - "OK just seagulls (they tap-dance on my flat roof bits) -hang on those seagulls have tacketty boots on :rotfl:"
not seagulls - roofer:T' So hopefully leak into bathroom about to be sorted0 -
All I've got left to do is
- Phone accountant
It's amazing how much you can achieve when you put your mind to it.
I've also decided i'm setting myself a new challenge. I'm going to clean a window a day. Just one window...don't want to scare anyone into thinking i'm being ultra good. It's just I hate cleaning windows with a passion but one a day is doable. At some point i'll count the number of windows in the house to see how often this means they'll get done. Mmmmmm as i'm counting every single window and there are 20 windows in just the two bays they won't be done often but more often than now :rotfl:. Mmmmm, think i might stretch to two a day:rotfl:, we'll see.
Right, off to work xx0
