Excel query

Hi there,

I have seen people use excel for spreadsheets and a sort of triangle arrow appears in the corner of the box and when you hover over it a pop up box appears with text in. This would be very handy for me as I'm setting up a business and breaking the cash sales forecasts down into different streams would be useful, or leaving text notes on which customers this figure is due to come from. I use excel 2003, my husband has excel 2007 if that's what I need, and I'm planning to buy 2010 in the next few weeks.
