So im 24 and i have MS90 driving conviction (failure to provide driver details)and 6 points on my licence. I have always insured my cars through Moneysupermarket in the past but just lately i can seem to get any quotes under £3500. Even on small low insurance group cars. The year before last i was paying around £1000 so can't understand why it has increased so much. I have worked in insurance in the past so i know all the little tricks to get the quote down but still no joy. There is only one company that will offer me a decent price but its a limited mileage policy and i have to have a telematics box fitted to my car. Surely there has to be somewhere? Hoping someone can help me out thanks

unfortunately insurers are looking at an MS90 as a serious conviction as it implies you have something to hide, i.e the undisclosed driver did not hold a licence or insurance etc.
Directline recently recatagorized their convictions, and now no longer accept TT99,DD, etc0 -
I assume you have tried the various companys that come up when you google on ms90 eg adrian flux.0

Youth Car Insurance in essex might be able to help? insured my son for £1508 fully comp. They seem a bit more understanding with regards to convictions.0

I have 12 points that have expired but still need to be declared under the 5 year rule. Last year I got quotes from Adrian Flux etc, and ended up using BeWiser as they were the cheapest by a long way.
PS: Before anyone gets their knickers in a twist: I dont work for or have any association with BeWiser!!0
