Richie - hsbc are still asking if you want to install it when you log in, at least they were on friday....
They seem to be pushing it as hard, if not harder, than ever. I took this from the HSBC log in page just now.
"We strongly recommend that you install Trusteer Rapport security software."
@diggerman123, Rapport is a brilliant idea. Unfortunately it has also caused me more problems than any other piece of software I have ever come across.

Are you saying [ like me in my case ] that the ' login page ' is able to discriminate between say Winblows & Linux ?, or ;
Are you repeating the fact that its incompatible with Linux and Opera Browser ?

I have an account with Natwest (RBS) and have just checked, via Ubuntu.
I've not logged on for a while and the login has altered slightly, I'm *sure* I didn't used to get any prompt, now there is a page warning of fraud and suggesting you use Rapport, you must tick the box, confirming you've read the warning before you can proceed any further.Are you saying [ like me in my case ] that the ' login page ' is able to discriminate between say Winblows & Linux ?, or ;
I'm sure there are sophisticated tools to check this, I can remember seeing an entry in my website access log, Win98 and IE6. Or perhaps I'm dreaming?
