Another TalkTalk query!

Sorry if this should be added to others but putting aside the money they are refusing to refund me a months subscription because they say that my new broadband account is not in the same name as the account with them. I used my husbands name on one i.e. Mrs Joe Bloggs and on the new one I use my christian name Mrs Sarah Bloggs, the broadband goes to the same residence. I probably could get the money off the bank but I am really not bothered about it- its just the I hate to lose!! I have asked my new internet provider if they can re-issue the first invoice but they dont feel they can do this.
So where do I stand? Is it worth tyring anything else or should I just let them steal my money?
Are there any legal minds out there that could suggest anything please?
