Is there a site where I can Short Hold Tenancy Agreements documents, as I am not sure about the ones you can buy as a package (i.e. are they up to date)?

I got mine from my solicitor,he emailed it to me.I print off a copy when required

The RSA has them available - check out their website. You might have to register but they sure give you one for free.0
