I reckon the Amex card looks the best deal.
You get 5000 bonus points on start-up (spend £500 within 3 months) and if you spend a lot per month (over £500) you get an extra 500 points.
I daresay there are more rewarding programs out there, but if it's specifically Nectar points you're after I reckon the Amex is the one to go for.
Do bear in mind that Amex are harsh credit scorers.

Also looking at the 'spend elsewhere' (i.e. not Sainsbury's / Nectar participants) Amex beats the Sainsbury's card hands down:
Amex:- 1 point for virtually every full £1 spent on the Card everywhere else
- Earn Nectar points when you use your Sainsbury's Nectar Credit Card elsewhere - 1 point for every £5 you spend
