Hi folks
I set up a business email address (info@) on web mania and found that it is unreliable sometimes in that various random emails never make it to their destination and vice versa.
I have since had my emails redirected to Outlook on my imac and I am still experiencing the same problems. I am totally computer illiterate so if you could try to reply in the simplest of terms!!
Many thanks

Thunderbird is a fantastic solution to your problems (Hopefully!)
It also has an easy to use migration tool which allows you to go from Outlook to Thunderbird.
You're best bet is to have a read of their website and see what you think.
There are many forums and help sites to assist you in setting it up and there are lots of people on here that could advise you too.R.I.P Dad. I will never forget you xxx0 -

It it's OUTBOUND mail to other people that is the issue, it's not unlikely the host is blacklisted - or has issues surrounding DNS records - that may affect delivery through spam filtering systems.
If not outbound - sorry I mentioned it.....0
