Play.com have refunded an item to my Lloyd's credit card so it now has a positive balance of ~£50, how do I transfer this money to my current account?

1) Spend something for ~£50 on the card. This is the simplest way of doing it, and the payments will just cancel each other out; or
2) Phone them up and ask if they can do a BACS transfer to your current account.0
