I wonder if anyone can help with this question? My DD has just completed on a house, she wants to use Scottish Power Online via Quidco for dual fuel, however the previous owner was on Scottish Power does it qualify for a switch?

The property is already supplied by ScottishPower so there is no switch required. Best course of action is to contact us as soon as possible to confirm the move in date and the meter readings for that date so that we can set up an account and bill from the correct meter readings. You may wish to discuss previous consumption within the property to gauge how much will be used and get a figure in kWhs.
