Barclaycard contactless credit card dilemma

Hi all
I'm in abit of a dilemma at present. Received my new Barclaycard which happens to be one of the contactless ones. I have some big concerns about the security of these cards & have seen numerous reports of how easy it is to read them to be later used for fraudulent transactions. I also have concerns that with Barclaycards customer services being outside of the UK, if anything was to happen or go wrong, it would be difficult to get a satisfactory response.
Now i could go ahead & close the account but i do get 2% cashback on grocery & fuel purchases & 0.5% on other purchases.
Do you think my concerns warrant closing the account & does anybody else understand where i'm coming from?

Barclaycard say all fraudulent transactions will be covered by their usual fraud guarantee but with the contactless on the card, it makes it so much easier for fraud to take place without a PIN having to be used.

Dont worry about it the max contactless spend is £15 doubt major hackers can be bothered to target you anyways if you check the t&c you are protected. as for customer services being outside the UK even those within the UK are hit and miss and many outsiders speak better English than we locals do
