I've been using Yahoo all night without a hitch.
With all the subscriptions to threads on this MSE, my yahoo messenger never stops signalling new mail0 -
sometimes a little sticky, butotherwise no problem yesterday or this morning...
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

Thanks sra555, it seems ok after a bit of a rest
I only realised it had gone when I realised there was a silence because of no mail alerts
Maybe it just needed a rest because it rarely goes kaput does it?
Made me realise I should probably back up some mails too
