Hello All
Our service has been under a review at work and I got my letter today that advised I had been job matched. This means I am safe (for now) which is a great relief, as my daughter has recently been made redundant. I do know of a couple of colleagues who have been put 'at risk' as they call it - very uncertain times for them and my heart goes out to them. This is the second review where I have been job matched so there is something to being the only person doing this job, even though it can be overwhelming at times!
Nice sunny day here although it was minus 2.5 driving into work this morning. I've shared a bottle of wine with my tenant tonight, he's shared his cauliflower cheese with me. I'm a bit resentful of having to share my wine with him. Think I've been living on my own for too long - sharing isn't coming naturally to me at all. Just as well he is lovely, brilliant tenant. Couldn't have asked for better really. Made me pancakes on Tuesday.
