    Hi Beanie,

Our house should be ready end of July beginning of August. I sold my flat at the end of Jan & have moved in with my wonderful other half. We`re in the process of sorting out the mortgage now, hopefully managed to get a 100% mortagage fixed for 2 yrs that comes with the property (building company)

    Its all very exciting!!!

Morning all, definitely has been a brighter week, long may it last.

Wannabe sounds like an exciting number of months ahead, try and enjoy it as much as you can. Very exciting making your new home together.

My little one is still poorly but hoping to see some improvement today or I will need to take hime to the docs tomorrow. Hopefully it just one of those things kids pick up and just get through.

Starting the day slowly, not much planned, may go and visit the olds today but will see how things pan out.

    Have a good day all.
  • Morning!

So far today I've been a very good girl, put a load of washing on which has just finished, amended a s/o to Next to take the full amount this Friday and that will be totaly gone! moved some money into my savings account that hasn't seen a penny since I opened it with my current account in 2008 hehe and i'll be cleaning up the house and then taking my dd to swim club later on in the afternoon.

Hope everyone has a good day!

My goodness the chat is quiet nowadays! I used to enjoy lurking and seeing what everyone was up to.

I'm having a quiet sunday watching the football and come dine with me. Should tackle the ironing at some point but not particularly motivated. Got the house to myself so may as well enjoy it!

    Washing done,

I did NOT overspend on rubbish I don't need at supermarket which is a result as they say :) alas Somerfield have a poor range..if had gone to Waitrose would have been a killer!

So, not bad and still on target for £400 shopping for this month (till 25th)

Quite enjoying being frugal..but have a tempation...iPad2 out in 3 weeks...must resist must resist must resist!!!:mad::cool:
