Dunelm has offers on Christmas ribbon currently too. I just picked up 5m of red ribbon (for reindeers and cards) for 99p. It was by the till. I also got a couple more bamboo baskets for £1.99 each ideal for a small hamper (keep costs down) and looks posh! The same ones I used for my retro hampers altho these are slightly more oval rather than rectangle shape which I thought would be good for bottles. Cupcake makers - they are also selling some nice berries on a twig thing for about £1.29 which you could cut off and use on your cupcakes... they are back in stock....
Well done Sarahsmurf on the hamper:A
Rustyflange - glad you got sorted for today at least, hope things pick up for you soon.:hello:Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Its my Dad's birthday on Wednesday and i've made him a Pot of Gold - thanks to everyone for the inspiration. It includes a brown bowl ( which he can use as a pasta dish) gold chocolate coins, 2 lottery tickets one for Weds and one for Sat, 3 scratch cards and £20. He is a bit skint at the moment so I think he will appreciate it.:D
I pinched the poem and adapted it xLittle Miss Chatterbox

The box is the bottom half of a Beautilicious Candy Apple Detox Box I got as an xmas prezzie last year & 'think' the person got it from either Home Bargains or off the market stalls?
I've had these and bought them from Wilkinsons. They are lovely boxes. Hope that helps somone.
I've just found this thread and will be spending ages trawling through for ideas for my own Christmas hampers, although I really need to have them done before my baby is due in 4 weeks! :eek:0
