Sorry to hear about your loss...

You cheer all of us up on here though with your ideas, suggestions and finished products!:A :T

Thanks :) It's hard but this board keeps me sane most days, and if this board can't manage to keep me sane then I go make something crafty and feel better after :)

Oooh ... erm ... you mean I am mad and crazy enough to fit in on here? :rotfl:

I think this is so cute! I'd be tempted to have a go at making one myself though as £39 before you've added any contents is pretty steep:eek: . I reckon you could make a lovely one with a small gift box with a lid (like you can get in Clintons etc) then add an appropriately sized photo to the lid and cover in clear sticky back plastic (the kind you used to cover exercise books in if you know what I mean...) In fact I might have a go at on myself for my hubby. I'll post piccies if it works out.

I can't see how it wouldn't work to be honest, you could always decorate the gift box with fabric of your choice and embellishments etc to make it your own??

Beer buckets - sorry if already mentioned, but Home Bargains had some in for 1.99, I think- some with a beer logo on and some spotty ones, which would be ideal for wine hampers?

Really admire you, 35 weeks pregnant and making lovely presents for others. How are you going to keep your hamper empire going when you've a tiny one to look after?

Not sure to be honest! The idea was I would make hampers so that I was organised for christmas and didnt have to worry about it with a little one around!
The hampers I have done so far have been for birthdays so I can happily do them while waiting for this one to arrive. I probably wont accept any more 'orders' until I find my feet again.

Rusty, I could have written the above about this board helping to keep me sane! I've really missed adult conversation since leaving work (nearly 3 years ago) and being a stay at home mum and this board lets me talk, talk and talk a bit more! I am loving doing crafty things, this board has given me the confidence to give things a go that previously I would think were beyond me. The increased confidence helped me to get my part time job which I am loving! Have met some brilliant people too ;)

I am afraid that doesn't work for me, its a medical condition I have (BIH) basically too much fluid on the brain and the migraines are pressure building up ... means in the very near future I could be back at the hospital having another lumbar puncture ... (wonder if I can take crafty stuff with me as last time I was in 3 days!)
