Hello techie people. I need to get a new charger for my HP G7000 laptop. I have found this one on amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Genuine-Hewlett-Packard-380467-003-402018-001/dp/B002M8SDQG/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8&coliid=I2R4MCMB6K36JK&colid=1IH2YG16Z5GJT
but don't really understand what all the codes mean. I just want to make sure it's the right one before I order. I don't need the plug part as its just the lead that plugs into the laptop thats frayed.
Thankyou from a complete non-techie!

In order to be sure I would look for a charger that specifically states it is for a G7000. There are several for sale on EBAY that state they are for a G7000.0

Thanks for your help, the ebay ones were either too cheap with bad reviews or really expensive. However one of them had the same codes on as the one I was looking at which made me go for it, fits perfectly:jSaving for a deposit. £5440 of £11000 saved so far:j0

Do not buy the cheap £7 ones from China. They'll kill your battery in no time.0 -
