What's going on with My Ebay page?

I don't recall any message either. I am not sure how to rectify this and I am not very techy. Any ideas?

Have you tried using ebay.com instead of the UK site? sometimes it works if you use a different site.
I wonder if the problem is linked to XP, as I have W7 and don't have any problems.

Mine is back working today. I did email Ebay last night - not heard anything but everything is back to normal today.

Hi, thanks for that. How do you contact them as when I click on the 'contact us' tab I can't then click on the links - they don't work either!

Well I called in the heavies (my Dad) and we downloaded Firefox as my new browser and it all works perfectly now. Hope everyone else gets there's resolved too. :j

Just found this on ebay message board:

Various eBay related site issues: Internet Explorer 6 There are increasing numbers of reports of members experiencing a variety of site related issues recently. It appears that these are there are issues tied to the use of Internet Explorer 6. This is now a "known issue" and is being worked on by our Tech Support Teams.

While we do support IE 6, it is one of the older browsers out there so while it should allow members to perform all actions it does mean that it can experience problems. In the meantime we would suggest either upgrading your version of Internet Explorer or using Firefox as an alternative.

If your problem is not resolved by this action please contact Customer Support to report the issue and allow them to escalate it.
