Two accounts, one letter?

Just sorting out the start of my husbands claim. We have a joint account and he has his own account with the same bank - can we (he) do it through just one letter asking for statements, and then money or is it best done as too separate asks?

Comments

  • I don't think there'd be a problem with it, as long as his signature is on the letter as well as yours.
  • Yes you can, in fact it is wise to do so as long as you are below the £5k small claims limit.
