I signed up for a CC on 0% 13 months and 1.9% handling. When I processed ny first balance transfer the only option on site was 2.5% handling and 6.9% life of balance. I considered that this was the general rate.

I have e-mailed 3 times and each time I get the rather unhelpful reply telling me what I have already told them. It is so frustrating. A phone call to a supervisor is my next step.

This seems to be a common query in the past few months. It seems online they are indeed showing their generic offers, but the initial 0% transfer must be requested over the phone.

Call them, but no need to talk to a supervisor ( fingers crossed )
