Hi,
The family will be moving to Germany in April.
For the last few years we have been claiming Tax credits.
Obviously due to our move we wish to Stop receiving these Tax credits from the new financial year Aprill 2011.
Is it just a simple letter to the tax credits office when we receive the renewal and say we no longer wish to claim or do we have to notify a specific department?

Phone them and tell them when you're going. You could write to them as well. But MAKE SURE you fill in the renewal because that's a finalisation of the last year's award as well so if you don't complete it they will want all the tax credits back which they paid you in 2010/11 !!0
