The Natwest were a right pain with my statements. First they sent 4 years worth, great, but I wanted 6. Rang up and asked for the previous 2 years, 2 weeks later I receive an extra couple of weeks from before the 4 years. Another call, to a different operator thankfully and I got the rest of the 2 years within a couple of days. Also the first lot came completely ripped open and in a plastic bag from the post office, and there is no detail on the 4 years statements so I can't tell what my overdraft limit was etc; and my advantage gold payment was lumped in with unarranged borrowing fees and just down as one charge. The other two years had all the info I needed on and were so much easier to deal with, probably because I hadn't told her what I actually wanted them for! And what a surprise those elusive 2 years were where 95% of my charges were. Funny that.
Anyway, confusing story. lol. Hope you have better luck.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
Mine went today to - well for my H's account and our joint account. (my account has surprisingly only been charged once!)
Given the fact the joint account used to be for a shared house and his account an ex graduate/student account, I'm expecting it to add up to a fair few thousand.

It's generally better if you don't call them about anything.
Put all correspondence in writing. That way, you have a clear record of what's been said. Set the timetables clearly in your letters and stick to them.0
