LG Washing Machine

Our LG F1247 TD washing machine vibrates when spinning and it moves away from the floor this has happened about 3 times. Called the company out and the techinical person said that it could be the floor as it might not be level. When we had the machine delivered they sent the right model but wrong colour and we had this one for 3 months and in that time we never experienced any problems such as what we have already had.
Has anyone got any suggestions and could there be a fault with the machine, got about 4 weeks left on the warranty. It was suggested that we put a piece of carpet underneath there must be something wrong with the machine.
Thanks,

hi, it bet quite a lot of money its the dampers. they reduce the vibration and in lgs they are a crucial part due to the direct drive mechanism. its not a common fault in my experience, but what you are describing, that would be my first assumption.0

Hi we have the same washing machine and had the same problem after we put it in,,,we were sooo frustrated we thought it was going to take off!! I am not sure if its the same problem for u but have you removed the four drum securing bolts on the back??,,,once we read the instructions we realised they HAVE to be removed!! they are 4 massive bolts i think to jeeep drum secure in transprt but u r not suppossed to use machine with them still attached.
I am sorry if its not them then i have no clue ;-( hthLife happens when you are busy making other plans
