Cheapest Line Rental With Anytime Calls

I am looking for the cheapest line rental and anytime calls to landlines without having to dial one of the over-ride providers. I can get Primus LR at £7.99 but there is no tariff listed for anytime calls. I have no need for broadband on this line.

Primus Home Phone Max is listed on the below link but, @ £15.98/month (01, 02 and 03 calls only included), that makes the inclusive calls part a bit on the expenmsive side..

Beware, calls to mobiles, particularly those on the '3' network, are expensive abd Caller Display is an extra £2.50/month.
