Cancelled order: How long to wait for refund?

Hi all.
Some advice please.
I placed an order online, using a credit card to pay for the total, which exceeded £100. The goods were not dispatched within the company's stated time period, so I cancelled the order, with the company acknowledging this and stating that my card would be refunded "in due course". Over thirty days later and I'm still waiting.
Bottom line: Short of demanding a Section 75 refund from my card issuer, for how long can the company legally delay issuing the refund?
Thanks in advance.

To answer your question, under DSR they have 30 days in which to give you a full refund (including postage)One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

I'm in the same boat. Waiting for a refund for a cancelled order for 30 days and despite a couple of calls still no refund. Do I just contact my credit card company for them to refund me or what else can I do. This has been a nightmare.0

Have a read of MSE's Section 75 Refunds article first.0
