Hi
I have a problem with group on, I purchased some vouchers for hair colour / cut on 26th october. couldn't use them because the salon was fully booked for the whole of the 3 months when the vouchers were valid. Groupon said on the 29th november that if i hadn't been able to use them by the end of the time they would give me a credit on my account.
i emailed on 5th feb saying i hadn't been able to use them and would they please refund my account as agreed.
no reply
emailed agian 23rd feb
no reply
emailed 28th feb
still no reply
each email i have sent, i've done it by forwarding it so that all the emails including their reply to me are all there for them to see.
what can I do to get them to honour what they've said? I really don't want to / can't afford to phone them from my mobile and i don't have a land line.
any suggestions?
thanks

Stick a letter in the post, recorded delivery, giving them maybe 7 days from receipt to credit you with the money, enclosing copies of all the emails (including the unanswered ones to demonstrate you've been trying to get this sorted). Recorded delivery costs you an extra 74p only. If nothing transpires, the next letter is a 'letter before action' which is basically a court threat.0
