Cello TV freezing problem - signal?

Options
Hi i recently bought a really cool celo tv (i know it is not a sony etc but its ace for what i need). i also had an aerial (digital) replaced by a mate (so not sure it is perfectly alligned). i have most of the channels and the picture is ok, but very often the picture freezes. i have to turn it on and off a number of times but then after a while it is ok. i have retuned it many times and rung the support only to find out that it is down to signal? i would agree if it was all the time but after a while the picture stops freezing? the built in dvd never freezes and pvr works perfectly - so it is just the sporading freezing? any idea? thank you!!

If it's properly designed, the TV should never lock up because the signal strength is too low. If it does, it's not (IMO) really fit for purpose.

It is a weak signal fault, get a decent aerial fitted by a professional.

Agree, check the signal strength in the tuning menu it could be down to a weak signal.
