I sent Halifax a letter three days ago saying I would like to claim back £602 of bank charges.
One of their representatives phoned me today to tell me they'd received my letter and they'd totted up all my bank charges and it totalled £896. They will be repaying me the full amount after the weekend! I would have been happy with £500 but for them to tell me they'd pay me more than i originally thought came as a slight shock and i've been orbitting Jupiter for the whole afternoon.
