Hi,I have a btl property managed with an estate agent,I am living with friends at moment.
There is a small possibility that I can move abroad,in this case I will do the NRL1 form for the non-resident landlord and I will pay any tax if I have to.
Do I have to inform the lender about this change or it is important just to pay the mortgage? They will still have my friend's address for any statement or mail.
There is any connections between tax office and lenders?
Help please..........

I would not bother telling the lender about your move, unless you want to the post.
There is no direct connection between HMRC and lenders that I know of, but you can rest assured if you are subject to an investigation then a connection can be established.
HMRC do what they want, I know they have been to LA and asked for the names of all landlords on their books to check if they are declaring the properties incomes on their tax returns.0
