Anyone else experienced this from Audi?
Hi,
I've been debating getting a new car and yesterday visited my local Audi dealership. I'd had a little look on their website and thought an A3 would best suit me though my partner asked me to look at an A1.
Anyway I went in & asked for information about them the receptionist duly sent me to whom I presume was a salesman. We looked at each car and I felt the A1 was too small. I asked all the relevant questions from my perspective. He took some details however didn't seem to believe the fact that I didn't have a landline and wouldn't give him an email address. He disappeared briefly and came back at which point both his phone and my mobile rang. Mine was on silent and it just said private number so I ignored it. He answered his and there was no one there. I arranged a test drive but as I left my phone went again and when I answered there was no one there. I've had no similar calls like this since.
Now call me sceptical but I'm fairly certain they didn't believe who I was or that I could afford their car. I wondered if anyone else has experienced poor customer service from them of this nature.

If you don't trust the salesman or feel comfortable then walk and find another dealer. The man without a signature.0
