squeaky bed

hi all

just abit of advice regarding the following, I purchased a brand new bed from dreams around 4 months ago, at the time I also purchased a 10 year guarantee with the bed.

4 months later every time I get onto the bed or move whilst I am in the bed it makes a squeaky noise.

Do I have the right to demand a replacement as this is not what you would expect of a brand new divan bed

I can see you being laughed out of the store haha.

"demand a replacement" Get a grip no one demands things only rude people do that.

It is possibly only the bolts or whatever fastens it together are not tight enough, probably a simple diy job, or get on to Dreams and they will more than likely send someone around to sort it
