Removing CCJ on Credit Report that is not mine

Hello,

I hope this is the correct section I have started this thread in...

Well I first noticed a CCJ on my credit report in 10/07/2009 which belonged to my father I got it removed in December 2009 after contacting Northampton County Court & Northumbrian Water after countless letter & emails. It took a while to get it removed due to me living at my parents address as me and my father do not have any contact at all and was refusing to contact the Northumbrian water to get this issue resloved. I had get photocopies of his passport e.c.t to send to the company's to reslove the issue...

I checked my credit report today and noticed that the County Court Judgement has appeared on my credit report again. I have sent an email to CreditExpert to see if they able to do anything.

Information type: Judgment
Date: 20/07/2010
Court: NORTHAMPTON COUNTY COURT
Amount: £1,571
Information Source: Registry Trust Ltd

I was just hoping any of you's would be able to help with some information regrading my situation. And how would I be able to get it removed again & stop it keep appearing on my credit report every year... As it is damaging my credit report with this CCJ on it that is not mine, as my direct debits get paid on time and I have never ever missed one single payment. As this is very frustrating.

Thanks,

James.

Contact all three credit reference agencies and tell them to remove it. Also contact the Regsitry Trust on-line. Advise them that you will report them to the IO for keeping false records and seeking damages unless they sort it out in 21 days.
