I remember reading a post a while ago regarding charges/trust deeds/IVA's when receiving benefits...can anyone point me in the right direction please, I have been trawling through the forums for 30 minutes now, and can't for the life of me find it

I find this to be a tad more useful than the search facility provided with the current version of the board software.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
