UBS Memory stick has a Conficker worm

Somehow the only file on my memory stick has got a worm.. see the following which I get when attempting to load the file at work..

W32/Conficker.worm!inf

Any suggestions how to repair the file and remove the worm please?

I've got to work through the ideas on google before I format the stick as its got a spreadsheet on which I really need to keep (didnt backup to another backup).

I doubt youll manage to heal the file and keep it intact. Conficker is a notoriously nasty worm

Hi folks.

Still havent been able to clear the worm exactly however somehow a new file was created in my e-drive where my memory stick is. Clicked into it and it came up with a 'repaired' version.. as close as possible to when I last used it on Friday so saved as new excel file and am away.. 4 now anyway. The problematic file will go in the bin.
