Holiday Ins... cancellation cover on 'Insurefor' policy

Hi, Can anyone help me regarding cancellation cover on holiday insurance. Myself, husband and daughter are going to Canada later in the year and I've been looking at insurance, in particular cancellation cover. Looked at couple of companies topnotch / direct travel and they clearly state 'per person cover'. The cheaper company 'Insurefor' refer to cover limit as 'you' and am unclear whether the limit of £2000 is per policy or per person! Has anyone used this company before or can anyone clarify this for me?! Many thanks.
