Alcohol testers

Hey guys, here’s a somewhat odd question (or maybe it’s not that weird). I’m looking for those things you can blow in to test the alcohol percentage in your blood. Is it safe to buy this kind of stuff online? A friend is turning 21 and we’re gathering goodie bags with party favors :D

I can't imagine it not being safe to buy them online. As a driver, however, I'd prefer it if your friends didn't drink and drive, rather than "computer says I can drink a little bit more".. :(

    Blast!!

I saw the title and thought you were looking for volunteers :(

You'll find testers on eBay. How accurate they may be is another matter.

I have to agree with previous post, don't drink anything if driving. do the right thing and set a good example by leaving a list of local taxi companies to use if having a drink. Thats being a friend.

As a novelty gift, there's no danger to getting one online. If you were intending to use it to see if you were over the legal drink drive limit, then I wouldn't trust the accuracy. And if you're planning on holding a competition to see who can get the highest reading, then again that's probably not safe :P

they have them in maplins .You could always go and read the jargon on the box and then find the same make online.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.

I'll give you one guess as to what he wanted one for.......

But, as he's in the States, I doubt any info given here would help him anyway.
