All I said was if we did our own washing up every day instead of leaving it all until the weekend for the cleaner, she would be better employed spending that time actually cleaning the toilets and vacuuming the floors, neither of which she appears to do. I firmly believe it's not the cleaners job to wash mugs. I do my own so I can't see why the others can't too!
The choice of washing mugs or cleaning toilets didn't go down well either

Morning everyone.
Day off today. DS was due to see his psychologist today. He has Asperger Syndrome (a form of autism), and sees her about once a year, but he had such a crisis about missing a play at school that it was pointless trying to take him, so he's gone off to school instead. I just said he was sick and could we rearrange the appointment. Waiting to hear back.
I've taken the opportunity to do the grocery shopping today, to give me extra time with the kids tomorrow. Main shop at Aldi, then a few extra bits in Tesco, Sainsburys and Home Bargains. Not sure quite how the Sainsburys bill came to about the same as the Aldi one though!
I did buy some Easter eggs in Sainsburys. They are reduced from £2.50 to £1 atm, so I bought 6. I'll get a few more next week, then that should do us.
Cooking casserole for tea, to use up some veg that will go bad if I dont use it soon. Probably not going to bother with lunch. Going to go for a run in a bit, so will probably just have time for a cup a soup when I get back, then shower and it'll be time to start on dinner then fetch the kids from school.Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
