Applying for a cc - minimum time at address

Hi all
I'm applying for a cedit card and was wondering what the minimum time at an address is. I've moved to a new address since aug 2010 and prior to that lived in another house for 12months. Previous address I was in for 1 year also. and before that 3 years.
Sorry if this sounds confusing!
Reasons for this are pretty straightforward
Moved to uni here from Eire - lived in house for 3 years for my degree
did a post grad and lived in my own flat for 1 year
got qualified and moved to another part of UK to work
Finall found a permanent job (since Jan 2010) and had to move closer to be nearer work.

Now while I think this is straight forward I'm worried that my application will be turned down because I'm only at my current address for the past 6 months. Do I need to wait until I'm living here for 12 months.
(I have checked my credit report which seems fine - no CCJ, bad debts etc)
Any help / info is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Moving around is not very attractive to a lender but you can only try. They ask for last 3 years and if you have moved around, ID will more than likely be needed.

It will probably be more to do with who your applying too. Some mainstream may be a bit jittery by the moving around, but as long as your credit file is good I dont think it will be too much of an issue.
