PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

    Yep, Tripoli is really booming.

The kinds of data you would need for this is at address point, or individual property level and therefore would have to be purchased. In addition, you can't just use data for commercial purposes without purchasing the relevant licence.

Even if you had the data would you be able to do the spatial analysis? I guess you're paying for the expert opinion.

Would you do your own home movers survey, or local search?

It sounds like 95% of your data can already be found for free by looking at google streetview, rightmove, upmystreet and police.uk

Also, if you have a business idea that is not up and running or patented
DO NOT come onto a public forum and announce the idea to the world because someone with cash, the desire and the knowhow will set it up tomorrow and prevent you from copying it.
In this case though, I don't see that happening.

It's for those reasons, that he would say,..... I'm ooot.
