Simply share your recipe in the form below. Then, in no more than fifteen words, tell us why you’ve chosen it. All recipes submitted will be entered into a prize draw to win a wonderful weekend break at The Cricketers country inn and restaurant.

Terms and conditions

1. Free prize draw open to residents of UK only and to those aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kallo Foods Ltd., its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion or the Good Cooks Come From Great Stock campaign.
2. One entry per household.
3. Closing date for prize draw 30.09.2011.
4. To qualify for entry to the free prize draw, entrants must submit their own original recipe, along with a description of why they have chosen it, in 15 words or fewer.
5. By entering, you agree to Kallo reproducing your recipe as part of the Good Cooks Come From Great Stock campaign.
6. The winner will be picked at random and under independent supervision from all qualifying entries received by 30.09.2011.
7. The winner will be notified within 21 days of the closing date by email or phone.
8. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted within a further 28 days, prize entitlement will lapse and the prize will be awarded to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
9. The prize winner’s name and county will be available after 29.10.11 – send a SAE to: Good Cooks Come From Great Stock, Unit 2c, 26-32 Voltaire Road, London, SW4 6DH.
10. The prize consists of: Two nights’ accommodation for a winner and guest in a standard double room at The Cricketers Inn and Restaurant, Clavering, Nr Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 4QT. One dinner for two (including entr!e, main, dessert and one bottle of house wine) and breakfast on both mornings is included. A £50 contribution towards travel will also be provided to the winner in the form of a cheque.
    1. No other food or drink is included in the prize, any additional costs must be paid for by the winner.
    2. The prize cannot be taken during public holidays including Easter, Christmas and New Year.
    3. Winner is responsible for organising their own travel insurance if required.
    4. Prize must be taken within six months of notification.
    5. The winner may pay for additional rooms if they wish.
11. There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except, in the event of circumstances outside of their control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar one of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
12. The promoter’s decisions will be final regarding all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
14. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable future publicity without further recompense.
