I think that the answer to Q2, would be All of them. I have just checked on Facebook and their current status is

Q5 - I think the actual answer is 2 (Manchester & London) see HERE
BUT - If you click on the "USA Flights" Tab above the competition it takes you HERE where it says:-
"They've also got the UK pretty well covered too, with flights to the USA from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Manchester" so the answer could be 7 according to Opodo. But taking Bristol as an example, there are no United flights there - if you book with United to the USA the first leg would be on KLM to Amsterdam!
