Can anyone recommend a decent car?
Currently used to driving a Galaxy which obviously only has the 7 seats.

would have to be vw caravelle,8 seaters are classed as estate cars so resonable to insure,if you go for the 9 seater shuttle varients they'r classed as comercial and cost a bundle to insure0

I think you are going to go for the VAN type of vehicle like the Tourneo or the Caravelle, i would say the Caravelle feels more car like were as the Tourneo is more mini bus like but with more space.0

Peugeot 807, old Toyota Previas and their equivalent imported versions, Hyundai i800, Ssangyong Rodius are about the only 8 seaters. There is a Land Rover Defender with 9 seats but not comfortable or practical. Then you move into minibus/van derivatives. The man without a signature.0

Already LPG converted so will be poor on fuel rather than requiring ownership of an entire oil refinery.
