where is the best place to find out all the history on my house?id like to know who as lived in the house/when and anything really

The deeds are your best bet - if you don't have them, you can download them (for a fee) from the land registry, however what they record may not go back to the original construction (my deeds do show the names of the original people involved in building the house 1897, but then nothing through until my name appears when I bought the house). Otherwise there won't be much you can find easily, as results of the national census are only made public after 100 years - so you'll need to wait till 2031 or 2041 before your address features.0

Try you local library - the local history section. They normally have old maps of the erea. This could be a starting point.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
